| On June 13, 2024 the Department of the Navy will issue the pre-release of its 24.4 Open Topics BAA which will open to receive proposals on August 1, 2024, and close to proposal submission September 4, 2024 at 12:00pm ET.

 Eligibility for NAVY's transition programs to facilitate technology transition Ask Me Anything (AMA) SessionsOn June 26, 2024 the Navy will sponsor a free AMA HYBRID
 session which will provide you the opportunity to learn about the Open Topics as well as participate in Q&A directly with the Systems Commands (SYSCOM) sponsoring the topics.
 These include: Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Naval Information Warfare Systems Command (NAVWAR), and Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA).
 
 This hybrid AMA session will be broadcast virtually as well as offering in-person participation from two locations. In-person participation on June 26, is concurrent at two locations:
