DoD/Navy SBIR/STTR Broad Agency Announcements (BAA)


DoD and Navy SBIR/STTR BAA Calendar
The DoD 25.4 SBIR and 25.D STTR Release 11 closed at 12:00p ET on September 24, 2025. The DoD 25.4 SBIR and 25.D STTR Release 12 scheduled to open on September 24 is on hold pending Congressional SBIR/STTR Reauthorization.

The Navy is not participating in the 25.4 Release 12 SBIR BAA. Pending SBIR/STTR reauthorization, FY-26 BAAs will be prereleased on the first Wednesday of every month as Release 1 through Release 12. The Navy will participate in some of these, and they are marked on the calendar below with an asterisk (*). The Navy's participation in these releases are subject to change.
